Meet the Fresher

Hi there!

My name is Roman Carpenter, the founder and creator of 'The Financial Freshman', as a result, I guess I am the financial freshman.

The eventual creation of this blog had always been a matter of time, I have always envisioned a community of finance nerds like yourselves who can have a safe space to meet together and discuss the topics of today. At the time of writing this, the stock market continues its steady decline, Musk is being sued by Twitter, Putin continues with his invasion of Ukraine, Covid levels rise and the hunt for the next UK Prime Minister continues. All of these factors contribute to the uncertainty evident within the stock market today, and as a young 'fresher' I see this as one of the best opportunities in recent history to take advantage of the uncertainty and continue to DCA (dollar cost average) into different stocks!
